All classes are pre booked only. Most Pole & Aerial classes have no sharing equipment so you can feel safe, get plenty of time on your equipment and have a great workout. Fitness isn't just for the fit and we have over 40 classes a week and workshops as well. Want a Pilates or Yoga class where you actually get attention and help from the instructor ? Our classes are small enough that the instructor can actually teach YOU and give you help and support when needed

You don't have to be in a membership to enjoy our classes. We welcome pay as you go for classes or courses with the option of membership. (Membership prices are monthly by DD only)

Heavenly Fitness  can also be the venue for Hen or Birthday gatherings or just a girls night in. You can chose what you do, or how many different things from Pole, Aerial Hoop, Aerial hammocks or maybe all 3? 
Kids love our classes so why not plan to hold your child's birthday at Heavenly? One or two activities,  at a time and day that suits you

All of the instructors at Heavenly are qualified in the class that they teach so you can be sure you are in safe hands. We are specialist Fitness studios running classes in Maidstone, Kent.

There are 2 studios. One with 9 fixed poles for Pole Dance Fitness or  hammocks for Aerial Yoga. Check the timetable to see the days of the classes. The other studio is a heavenly space with windows and plenty of room to move around for classes like Vinyasa Yoga and Pilates as well as favourite classes such  and stretch and Yin Yoga. Our building has been completely renovated inside. Both studios have air conditioning, heating and mirrors as well as plenty of blocks, bricks and props for yoga and Pilates classes.

We are easily reached from several directions, including walking over a footbridge from Fant areas. We have plenty of parking after 5pm in the yard right outside our front door, and in the day there is lots of street parking around the area.
